About the Author: Glenn Gabe of G-Squared Interactive
Glenn Gabe is an online marketing veteran with over 16 years of experience. During that time, Glenn has helped a wide range of companies develop online marketing strategies that leverage SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Web Analytics. Glenn has assisted companies in a range of industries, including Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Online Auctions, Entertainment, Pharmaceuticals, Health Care, Military, Internet Yellow Pages (IYP), Video Gaming, and Publishing.
During his career, Glenn has held leadership positions in-house, at a global interactive agency, and as a consultant. Glenn was the Vice President and Director of Search Strategy at MRM Worldwide, headquartered in New York City. At MRM, Glenn was the Lead Search Strategist for the US Army, Exxon Mobil, Bertolli, and Lunesta. He also helped MRM build a global search capability, as MRM has offices in over 30 countries. In addition, Glenn led SEO for Yellowbook, a leading IYP located outside of Philadelphia. Glenn led all aspects of Search Engine Optimization for yellowbook.com, a website containing nearly 20 million webpages.
Glenn began his career at The Perrier Group of America (now Nestle Waters), where he developed websites, web applications, and interactive presentations. After spending seven years at Perrier, Glenn launched his own company, G-Squared Interactive LLC, to help companies maximize their online marketing efforts.
Glenn is an avid blogger and covers the latest in online marketing strategy on his blog titled The Internet Marketing Driver. He is also a columnist at Search Engine Journal, an industry-leading blog focused on Search Engine Marketing and Social Media Strategy.
